Weekly workouts 1/17-1/23

Super busy week at work because of the short work week, but still managed to squeeze in two group fitness classes.

Monday–Happy Martin Luther King Jr. Day!

  • Define Revolution: Kyndal was in town so she talked me into a 6am class(on my day off). I was so glad to get my workout in because it was a sweaty one!


  • Pure barre-Lakeway: This class was packed! I love when there are a lot of people working out together because the energy is just amazing!

  • Helped Scott shovel rocks into the trailer for our yard. We’re doing some minor landscaping and we came across free rocks and had to jump on the opportunity. Although, shoveling rocks is not my favorite physical activity, I still got a good workout in!



  • Define Body & Mind: Tried their new location off South Lamar. I LOVE IT. It’s gorgeous in there! The studio is much larger than their 35th location too. This time, I took a Body class(barre).


  • ToddPilates: Pilates mat express. Another one of my favorites in the books!


  • FIT Austin: Another TRX class that left me sweaty and super sore.


  • Helped Scott shovel more rocks. I think we’re done for now!
