weekly workouts 12/6-12/12


  • City Surf: 1hr workout on the a surfboard! The surfboard could be compared to working out on a long bosu ball. It was a great workout for core and stability. Also, I loved the cardio thrown into the class. The instructor was warm and inviting as well.

  • ToddPilates: Barre-I was REALLY feeling the burn today, to the point where my legs were shaking uncontrollably… I love it!
