Weekly workouts 10/18-10/24


  • 30 min walk around the neighborhood with both Melvin then Mac


  • Dancers Shape: 5:45 am class, an hour at the barre.
  • Spark fitness-Sweat: I had about two hours to kill between work and book club so I tried my friend Caitlyn’s workout class, sweat at Spark Fitness. A strength/weight lifting class…Awesome workout!! I’ve missed lifting weights! Caitlyn is also in my book club, so after class we went straight to BC for eats and drinks.

With all the rain this weekend, it was so tough to get out and workout, but here’s to hoping next week will bring nice weather and motivation!
