  • Ran 4.5 miles through our neighborhood… All the hills…


  • Ran town lake with Scott–Got our two laps in


  • Kor180: 30/30-Amazing class of 30 min cycle and 30 min pilates. FINALLY a cycling studio that doesn’t do choreography while riding a stationary bike. My heart rate was up, sweaty as hell and jello legs. If you’re on ClassPass in Austin, this is a must try class!

A light week of workouts, but hey, it’s something!
