Weekly Workouts 9/27-10/3

Monday

  • Ran townlake with Scott before work. It was a good practice round. We only had time for 2 miles this morning.~ 20 min

  • Ran town lake again. Our goal is to get there a little earlier so we can get two laps in.~ 20 min
