Weekly workouts 9/13-9/19

Sunday

  • Pure Barre– An hour of thigh shaking, tucks, push ups and light arm weights. Super fun class-1 hr

Tuesday

  • Yard work, pull weeds-1 hr

Saturday

  • Mowed front and back yard… thankfully are grass if pretty patchy right now because we only have our push mower… we’re looking into getting a riding lawn mower because the new yard is half an acre…-1 hr
