Workouts were pretty light this week…We’re still getting settled into the house which means our days filled with projects, organizing, and work!
- Elevate @ Spark Fitness-an hour long class that takes you through a boot camp style workout while wearing spring shoes called Kangoo Jumps! A great workout and insanely fun/funny class! Unlike anything I’ve ever done! They’re kind of scary at first, but you get used to them pretty quickly!
