  • Cardio Kickboxing with Able at Le Studio-1 hr

Tuesday

  • Todd Pilates mat-45 min
  • Bells and Whistles- an hour of kettle bells and dumbbells with a mix of cardio in between-1 hr

Thursday

  • Early morning barre at Dancers Shape with Kyndal!-1 hr

3.75 hours of workout this week!
