workouts 4/19-4/25


  • Thermo, which is a series of different boot camps at Le Studio. Super intense class. Our trainer mentioned that thermo was their toughest class. I don’t doubt it!!–1 hr


  • Mowed front and back yard. Not my ideal workout, but our yard needed it–45 min


  • 5:45 am Cardio wild card class at Dancers Shape. A mix of cardio kickboxing and non stop movement for about 50 min.–total workout–1hr


  • 5:45 am Open Barre at Dancers Shape, my favorite!–1 hr

3.75 hours of physical activity this week!
