  • Pure Pilates Austin–45 min

Tuesday

  •  1 mile warm up + Boxing, my absolute favorite workout of all time~1 hr

Wednesday

  • Breath and body power vinyasa–1.25 hrs

Just 3 hours of physical activity this week… It’s been a busy one for sure! Sad to miss my usual Saturday morning cardio kickboxing class, but getting my hair done at the salon isn’t a bad trade off :)
