Monday

  • Jazzercise(!!!)- 45 min

Tuesday

  • Cycling, with Kyndal!- 45 min
  • Pure Pilates Austin, with Krista- 45 min

Wednesday

  • Strength and conditioning, mostly cycling and some strength exercises,  with Leah- 1 hr

Thursday

  • Diesel, strength training- 1 hr

Friday

  • Core Power Sculpt, heated power yoga, which I LOVED! A one hour workout has never made me sweat as much as I did at sculpt.  Sweat=Success-1hr

Saturday

  • Cardio Kickboxing- 1 hr

6.25 hrs of physical activity this week! Past workouts
