Workouts 3/29-4/4

Group fitness classes are my absolute favorite. They make working out so much more fun! Anyone else with me?


  • 1 mile warm up run & boxing class- ~1 hr




  • Barre at Dancers Shape- 1hr
  • HIT Circuit with Shon- 1 hr


  • Cardio kickboxing- 1hr
  • Mowed front and back yard- 45 min

Sunday *Happy Easter*

  • Breath and body power vinyasa- My first time trying a hot yoga class… MY goodness!! That was a sweaty workout, loved it!- 1.25 hrs

6 hrs of physical activity this week! Past workouts
