Monday

  • Zumba toning at work during lunch break-45 min
  • Cycle-clocking in at 460 calories burned and 25 miles, according to my bike-1 hr

Friday

  • 6am Barre class-1 hr

  • Walked the streets of Boston for a total of 4 hrs! My dogs were barkin

Saturday

  • Freedom Trail Run-5k–2 hr tour, but not running consistently.
