Workouts 3/15-3/21

Tuesday  *St Patrick’s Day*

  • Cycle: clocking in right at 400 calories burned, according to my bike. I think it’s time to invest in a polar!- 1hr
  • ROM CON: Range of motion conditioning, working mostly on hips the week… killer!!- 1hr



  • Lift class at work during lunch-1 hr


  • Lunch time walk-30 min


  • Mowed front and back lawn-45 min

4.25 hrs of action this week!

  1. You go girl! Very motivational. I went to a Pink Gloves Boxing class last night. It was eh. I have Yoga on Wednesday, Cycling on Thursday and Dance Mix on Saturday! I’ll let you know how they go in case you want to try them next time you’re class passing it.
